You have the absolute right to request the deletion of your account and all associated personal data at any time.
Note: Photos are processed temporarily for analysis and are immediately discarded. They are never permanently stored on our servers.
Option 1 — In App (Instant): Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account. This will immediately and permanently erase all your data from our active database.
Option 2 — By Email: Send a data deletion request to levelmaxing952@gmail.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request". Please ensure you email us from the address associated with your Level Max account. We will process your request within 30 days.
Once an account is deleted, this action cannot be reversed. All data is permanently removed. You will lose access to any active subscriptions and previous scan history.
